Floor and a half leased at 470 Park Avenue So.

In a major leasing transaction that brings the building's occupancy level to more than 95 percent, Progressive Plan Administrators, Inc., employee benefits counselors, has taken a floor-and-a-half comprising 13,000 square feet of office space at S.L. Green's 470 Park Avenue South in Manhattan.

Elie Smith of Norman Bobrow Co., broker, represented Progressive in the long-term leasing transaction involving the entire sixth and half of the building's fifth floor. Richard Farley, director of Leasing for S.L. Green Real Estate, represented the building.

The tower now has only about 13,000 square feet of space uncommitted.

Located between 31st and 32nd Streets, 470 Park Avenue South features a modernized lobby, new entranceway, windows and elevator cabs, along with a prestigious and expanded tenant roster that includes many firms in the legal, marketing, public relations and advertising fields.
