Flip Out Basingstoke launch delayed after 'extreme weather conditions' damage roof; Visitors will have to wait to get bouncing this Christmas after the opening of the brand new trampoline park was delayed.

Families eager to get bouncing atFlip Out Basingstokewill have to wait a little longer after the trampoline park's official opening was pushed back.

The venue's roof was damaged during the recent "extreme weather" conditions which has delayed any budding trampolinists hoping to visit.

Flip Out was set to open it's doors in Festival Place Shopping Centre on December 16, with people able to book online in advance before the official opening to secure a slot.

However, organisers have said they will be in touch with anyone who has booked tickets already to arrange new dates.

Flip Out Basingstoke looks AMAZING

Flip Out's 18th centre in the UK will feature 60 inter-linked trampolines and NinjaTAG, England's first indoor obstacle course to use interactive wearable technology.

John Rickards, general manager at Flip Out Basingstoke, said: "Flip Out Basingstoke will not be opening on Saturday December 16.

"Unfortunately, the roof has been damaged due to recent extreme weather conditions.

"We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and we will be in touch with anyone who has already booked.

"We are doing all we can to get Flip Out Basingstoke open as soon as possible. Further updates will follow."
