Fletcher Thompson acquires Fla. firm.
Fletcher Thompson recently announced its acquisition of Boughton Architects, Inc., a Naples Florida-based architectural firm. The firm will be known as Fletcher Thompson Architecture Engineering, LLC and will be led by James A. Beaudin, AIA, President and James E. Boughton, AIA, Principal.In making the announcement, Michael Marcinek, Managing Partner for Fletcher Thompson stated that, "As part of Fletcher Thompson's long-term strategic plan, this acquisition will allow us access to new clients within our currently defined markets.
James Boughton added, "We are excited and proud to become a part of one of the Northeast's largest and most respected firms. This acquisition will allow us to offer our existing clients an expanded range of professional services, while gaining the credentials with which to enter new markets."
