Flatley sells 10 N.H., Mass. shopping centers for $500m.

Billionaire developer Thomas Flatley has announced the sale of 10 shopping centers-including four in New Hampshire--to a joint venture of the Wilder Companies of Boston and O'Connor Capital Partners in New York.

The properties consist of more than 2 million square feet include

shopping centers in Belmont, Nashua, Portsmouth and Rochester in New Hampshire as well as others in Dedham, Canton Falmouth and Medfield in Massachusetts. Three of the New Hampshire shopping centers are currently under construction--Portsmouth Circle, Rochester Shoppes, and Rochester Shoppes East--and are expected to be completed this year.

"These centers have great access, great visibility, and a great mix of retail," Thomas V. Wilder, of Wilder Companies, told The Boston Globe.
