Flash flood water entered into residential areas.

ABBOTTABAD -- One hour continuous heavy downpour coupled with the thunderstorm on Sunday stuck life in Abbottabad city and surrounding area.

The flash flood triggered by the torrential rain entered in the houses at several places of the city. Unfortunately, after passing one-week WASA, TMA and Cantonment Board Abbottabad failed to lift the offal and remains of the sacrificial animals which blocked the sewerage system of the city and water entered in the buildings.

Main Manserha road and Muree Road was blocked at several places due to flash flood and miles long ques of vehicles could be seen on the both sides of the roads.

People were also stuck in their houses as almost Mansehra road, Murree road and streets were blocked by the flash flood for hours.
