Fitness is happening in May!

Spring is here....and individuals across the nation are lacing up their walking and running shoes, pulling bikes out of the garage, strapping on their inline skates, and planning hiking excursions.

The American Running and Fitness Association, American Medical Athletic Association, and National Recreation and Park Association are also jumping on the bandwagon with their initiative to get Americans more active. National Running & Fitness Week, celebrated May 16-22, will encourage individuals to get involved with community fitness events and help them learn how exercise can be fun! This annual health observance is sponsored by New Life Technologies and Human Kinetics Publishers, Inc.
