RATING SENSITIVITIES

The long-term ratings assigned to the series G-6, G-7,G-8 and G-10 floater and residual certificates are exclusively based on the bank providing the LOC and will reflect all changes to that rating.

The long-term ratings assigned to the series G-9 floater and residual certificates and custodial receipts are based on the higher of the rating assigned to the creditworthiness of the underlying bonds and the long-term rating that Fitch maintains on the bank providing credit enhancement. Changes to one or both of these ratings may affect the long-term rating assigned to the floater and residual certificates and custodial trust receipts.

The short-term ratings assigned to the G-6, G-7, G-8, G-9 and G-10 Floater Certificates will be adjusted upward or downward in conjunction with the short-term rating of the bank, and, in some cases, the long-term ratings of the underlying assets deposited in the trusts
