Fitch Affirms and Withdraws Federated Municipal Obligations Fund Rating.

New York: Fitch Ratings has affirmed and simultaneously withdrawn the 'Ammf' rating assigned to Federated Municipal Obligations Fund, a U.S.-registered tax-exempt money market fund (MMF) managed by Federated Investment Management Company.

Fitch has withdrawn the rating for commercial reasons. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage on the fund.

KEY RATING DRIVERS

The 'Ammf' rating affirmation reflects:

--The MMF portfolio's overall credit quality and diversification;

--Low exposure to interest rate and spread risks;

--Holdings of weekly liquid assets consistent with shareholder profile;

--Asset maturity profile meeting Fitch's rating criteria;

--The capabilities and resources of Federated Investment Management Company as investment adviser.

RATING SENSITIVITIES

Rating Sensitivities are not applicable as the ratings have been withdrawn.
