TODAY'S hectic lifestyles can often leave us battling to find an effective way to beat stress and relax.

While aerobic exercise is important to both fight the flab and bring about the release of endorphins - the happy hormones - it is also important to ensure your brain is given time to switch off and relax.

Yoga is now becoming increasingly popular and as well as helping to relax you, it also aids flexibility, posture, balance, circulation and co-ordination.
