Fire-resistant barrier.

A versatile fire-resistant wet laid nonwoven barrier product has been introduced by Lydall Manning Nonwovens, Troy, NY. Made with 100% inorganic fiber, the "Manninglas 1208 Slipsheet" provides a cost-effective alternative to gypsum board and wall board for single-ply roofing applications where product durability, ease of installation and a UL Class A fire rating are desired. A very light product with no load bearing limits, the Manninglas 1208 Slipsheet targets construction applications and offers the added quality of a flame barrier integral to the product.
