Fiona, I often get incensed [...]; YOUR SHOUT.

6 Fiona, I often get incensed by what I read these days but your column last Saturday really got to me.

I didn't read your original comments but was incensed by those that were printed in response to it.

I truly believe if a person is obese it's their own fault. They are in denial.

I recently stood behind two women with small children in the checkout queue and in their trolleys were: pizzas, frozen chips, ready meals, baby food jars, chocolate, crisps... etc.

All expensive. Not a single piece of fresh fruit, veg, fish or even meat!

We all have freezers so there's no excuse not to cook in bulk and freeze.

Teach schoolchildren to cook cheap nourishing meals or the NHS will certainly collapse.

My parents had little money but we always had nourishing meals.

Well done for speaking out about it, Fiona.
