Fink Weinberger plans merger.

Pink Weinberger p.c.'s managing partner, Andrew S. Roffe and James P. McCarthy, principal attorney of the law offices of James P. McCarthy of New York City, have announced that as of January, 1993, the McCarthy firm will merge into Fink Weinberger.

McCarthy will serve as counsel to Fink Weinberger with Lewis R. Franck, Mark D. Levi, Michelle Vlosky and Barry Manus joining Fink Weinberger as associates.

Founded more than 40 years ago by Herman McCarthy, the law offices of James P. McCarthy has established a litigation practice specializing in insurance industry issues. The firm has extensive experience in representing insurance carriers and other private and public corporations in the defense of personal injury claims. McCarthy is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
