Fink Weinberger expands.

Fink Weinberger p.c., with offices in New York City, White Plains, Albany, Great Neck, Clifton, New Jersey and Zurich, Switzerland has announced the addition of three new attorneys to expand the firm's Foreclosure and Litigation Departments. In the Foreclosure Department, the new attorneys are:

Peter J. McCarthy, who previously practiced with the law firm of Rabinowitz, Cohlan, and Dubrow of White Plains, obtained his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham Alabama.

Cynthia Licul, who practiced with the firm of Peter T. Roach, holds her law degree from St. John's University School of Law and was a judicial intern for Judge Robert John Hall of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Maxine R. Fass, who joins Fink Weinberger p.c.'s Litigation Department, earned her law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. Prior to joining Fink Weinberger p.c., Fass practiced commercial litigation and negligence law with the firm of Warner & Joselson of New York City.
