LexisNexis unit Mealey's (New York) has released "Mealey's Litigation Update: Stock Option Backdating," an executive summary that includes a collection of 57 case summaries and litigation updates reporting on complaints, motions, briefs, other pleadings, settlements and rulings involving stock options backdating litigation. It includes over 300 related documents referenced and articles that discuss the defense of several stock options backdating cases and insurance coverage issues relating to backdating suits. Coverage of decisions, settlements and pleadings are grouped by circuit court. The report costs $295.

Later this year, CRC Press (Boca Raton, FL) will release "Insider Trading: Global Developments and Analysis" to cover the latest law and finance research on insider trading, offer international coverage of established and emerging securities markets, address the latest developments in insider trading regulation, and cover insider trading from the perspectives of professionals in corporate law, securities regulation and finance. It includes econometric analysis of insider trading with papers that focus on insider trading regulation. It costs $130.
