Film firms take space.

FM Ring Associates, which has been providing the film industry with "turnaround space" for decades, has announced two more such leasing transactions.

DDF Films has taken an entire 6,000-square-foot floor at 155 West 23rd Street and Short Cuts Productions, Inc. has taken two floors comprising 6,000 square feet at 34 West 17th Street.

Among the entertainment firms that have leased turnaround space at FM Ring buildings over the years include Tri-Star Pictures, Lorimar, Orion Pictures, Billy Bathgate, Universal City Studios, Evil Eye Productions, and many more.
