The Colony West Chevron station has a new owner in a $457,000 transaction (about $16 per SF). Businessman Ron Keltner bought the operation at 10200 Rodney Parham Rd. from Houston-based Chevron USA Inc., which owns about a half-dozen other service stations around town.

The deal was financed with a $425,000 note through First Commercial Bank.

Keltner used Keltner Marketing Corp. to acquire the 28,500-SF property. KMC also holds title to 1.6 acres out off Young Road in southwest Little Rock.

The filling station, originally owned by Gulf, has been pumping gas for more than 20 years.
