Fidelity National Financial, Inc. has said that it has closed the previously announced acquisition of a majority ownership stake in Title Guaranty of Hawaii.

The previous owners of Title Guaranty, Pietsch family, will continue to own a portion of the company. Following the transaction, Title Guaranty will continue to be aligned with Chicago Title as it becomes part of the FNF title company family.

A provider of title and escrow services, Title Guaranty is one of oldest title insurance company in the state of Hawaii with branches across the state providing title insurance and real estate closing services. FNF has over 30-years of association with Title Guaranty.

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. is organized into two groups, FNF Group (NYSE: FNF) and FNFV Group (NYSE: FNFV).
