Fibbing about our health.

Shame about unhealthy lifestyles means more than half of Welsh people lie to present themselves as thinner, fitter, non-smoking teetotallers, according to a study.

The Norwich Union Health Shame study shows 54 per cent of people from Wales are not truthful about their health.

Scots are the biggest health fibbers, with nearly 60 per cent saying they do not tell the truth about their weight, how much junk food they eat, their alcohol intake and whether or not they smoke.
