Feeling the heat as Aussie chart toppers tear up Brum; REVIEW.

Pendulum O2 ACADEMY BIRMINGHAM SWEAT-soaked revellers poured out of the O2 Academy after a night of action-packed raving in front of Aussie entertainers Pendulum.

The drum and bass rockers warmed up for a summer of festival fun with a two-week tour promoting their new album, Immersion, which went down well with their followers.

Supporting star Sub Focus teased the crowd with an hour-long drum and bass set before the main act burst onto the stage.

All hell let loose as the chart toppers pumped out old favourites including Granite, Tarantula and Propane Nightmares.

The sauna-like conditions were hard to handle for some who emerged from the dancefloor pouring with sweat. But hundreds of bare-chested fans battled on and continued to mosh the night away as the group unleashed a host of new tracks which included a healthy mix of drum and bass, and dubstep with a unique rock twist.
