Interior Secretary Dirk Kempthorne appointed five people to
three-year terms on the Bureau of Land Management's Alaska Resource
Advisory Council. Mark represents the energy/ minerals sector, and
serves as Alaska public affairs manager for Anadarko Petroleum Corp.
Reappointed members are: Charlie Boddy, vice president of governmental
relations for Usibelli Coal Mine Inc., representing energy/ minerals;
Sandra Key-Holsten, Cooper Landing Advisory Commission, conservation
sector; Scott Hala, vice president of Alaska Outdoor Access Alliance,
dispersed recreation groups; and Jim Posey, general manager of Municipal
Light & Power of Anchorage, representing the public-at-large.
