WALLOP: whacks EASTENDERS Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri BBC1 Tempers are frayed and there are fiery showdowns in the offing - business as usual then - as the Carters prepare for Stan's funeral. Mick is appalled to learn that Dean will be released from prison in time to attend and tells Shirley in no uncertain terms to keep him well away from the crematorium.

Meanwhile, Linda decides to take matters into her own hands and heads off to see her brother-in-law as he arrives back on the Square. Will Dean finally show remorse for his attack on the landlady? Elsewhere, poisonous harpie Babe visits her sister Sylvie in her care home where the two sisters are soon at each other's throats as Sylvie threatens to go the police and spill the truth about their past. What sinister secrets are they hiding? Meanwhile, as if Cora hasn't got enough on her plate ahead of the funeral, she gets some more bad news which prompts her to announce she's leaving Albert Square.
