Fatal row man free.

Byline: Frank Corless

A MAN was found not guilty yesterday of killing his estranged wife by making her crash her car during a row over access to their two children.

Milkman Kevin Whitlow, 40, was accused of manslaughter after Kathryn, 33, died after swerving into a lorry.

He denied prosecution claims that he tried to hit her and she lost control.

Kathryn's brothers Tony and Michael Bresnen said they were devastated by the verdict at Chester Crown Court.

Mr Whitlow's father Brian said: "We are relieved. Now Kevin can get on with his life."
