Fat Hitler gorged on cake.
The Nazi leader's "uncouth" behaviour was recorded by a high-ranking officer who told all to a British agent.
The officer, who often dined with the Fuhrer, said Hitler ate "prodigious amounts of cake" leading to "the addition of a bay window to his already not too fortunate figure."
He added: "His table manners are little short of shocking."
The profile of Hitler - dated three days after his death in 1945 - had orders on the front saying it should be destroyed.
But it was found hidden in a house clearance at the agent's West Country home.
The document could fetch pounds 1000 at auction in Ludlow, Shropshire, next month.
Auctioneer Richard Westwood-Brookes said: "The statement provides a vivid personal description of Hitler in his last days."
