Fashion show recycles styles.

TEENAGERS are to don recycled clothes from charity shops across Nuneaton, Bedworth and north Warwickshire for the Sad Rags to Glad Rags fashion show.

The effort will involve more than 50 young people, and it will be part of the national Make A Difference Day celebrations on Friday, October 31. It will take place at Atherstone Memorial Hall, in Long Street, to highlight the work of volunteers across the area.

Sue Palanganda, chief officer of Volunteer Centre - Nuneaton & Bedworth, said: "This event also allows the three organisations to strengthen our partnership working and work collaboratively to make volunteering more accessible to people living in northern Warwickshire."

Fashion show tickets are pounds 3, including pre-show drinks and nibbles, available by calling 024 7631 5151 or 01827 711102.
