Farooq Sattar, Mayor Karachi others indicted in 21 cases of provocative speeches.
Karachi -- Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has indicted MQM leaders in 21 cases of provocative speeches.
Special Anti Terrorism Court Karachi took up 26 cases on facilitating provocative speeches for hearing on Tuesday.
During the course of hearing, MQM leaders, Farooque Sattar, Khawaja Izhar, Rauf Siddique, Qamar Mansoor, and Rehan Hashmi and others appeared before the ATC .
Court has indicted Farooque Sattar, Khawaja Izhar, Rauf Siddique, Qamar Mansoor, and Rehan Hashmi and others in 21 cases.
During the course of hearing, court while inquiring suspects observed, you are charged with facilitating hate speeches, do you accept the offense.
On it Farooq Sattar and Mayor Karachi pleaded not guilty while MQM leader Amir Khan was not indicted and his bail extended.
Court while summoning witnesses on next hearing adjourned the hearing till Nov 10.
Court observed that indictment will be made in further four cases on next hearing.
