WHEN doing sit ups try this little tip and it will make the job harder but it will work better.

Lay on your back, knees bent and pull your tummy in to create a "hollow".

Pour a small amount of water into the hollow and attempt to do a sit up without spilling the

water!

Sounds easy? Give it a go.
