Fabege AB (STO:FABG), a property company focusing on city district development and commercial properties, reported on Friday after-tax profit for the period of SEK5,175m, corresponding to SEK 15.64 per share, for the half year, from January 2018 to June 2018.

This was an increase over after-tax profit of SEK2,001m, or SEK6.05 per share, in the corresponding six months of the prior year.

Profit from property management for the half year increased by 27% to SEK572m, as compared with SEK449m in the corresponding period of 2017.

Rental income for the half year increased to SEK1,237m, as compared with SEK1,108m in the corresponding half year of 2017. In an identical portfolio, income rose by approximately 10%.

Also, net lettings during the period totalled SEK123m, as compared with SEK86m in the corresponding period of the prior year.
