FUTURE COMMUNICATIONS LAUNCHES MULTIMILLION DOLLAR ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN FOR ITS SUBSIDIARY MSTV IN ALLIANCE WITH CABLE PRINT NETWORK MARKETING

 DALLAS, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Future Communications Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: FCMI) (FCMI) and its wholly owned subsidiary MSTV Inc. and other related company announced today it has entered into a state of the art sophisticated multimedia joint venture with Cable Print Network Marketing Inc., a non-affiliate company and a 50-year-old cross promotional, target marketing specialist organization. The alliance will be backed by a multimillion dollar promotional campaign for MSTV Inc. which is emerging as the fifth network.
 The alliance will provide a broad range of multimedia marketing and promotions that reaches into television, magazines, newspapers, malls and radio. An affiliate of Cable Print Network Marketing Inc. is developing a multimillion dollar advertising and promotional campaign utilizing air time on MSTV and an affiliate company dedicated to promoting Cable Print Network Marketing's 21 companies and 175 national consumer oriented clients which include automobiles, personal goods, fast food and chain food purveyors, and more which include automobiles, personal goods, fast food and chain food purveyors and more.
 MSTV Network, a family entertainment broadcast network launched in May of 1992, now reaches 117 stations in the United States plus four foreign countries. MSTV Network has grown from primarily distributing to low power stations to now reaching over 59 percent of full power stations and covering over 41 percent of the United States.
 Cable Print Network Marketing Inc., a non-affiliate company, founded in 1929 offers state of the art multimedia marketing which can be implemented nationally, regionally or in single markets, and will provide marketing expertise and services to MSTV Network. Of the many Cable Print Network Marketing arms are publishing, sweepstakes, products, mall cars, infomercials and club administration.
 Among the many promotions in development with MSTV Network are sweepstakes and contests where on-air sponsors will be cross promoted in newspaper free-standing inserts and on the radio. Plans for television shows include interactive game shows, a travel show, a home shopping show called "Shop Main Street" and a magazine show. MSTV Network and the sponsors will receive cross promotion in a variety of Cable Print Network Marketing's magazine including "The Cable Guide" with monthly sales of about 6 million copies. Other promotional packages being developed include visibility and promotions at fairs, festivals, malls and point of purchase displays.
 According to Sergio Bosco, FCMI's chief executive officer, the combined campaigns deliver more than $50 million in media weight to the MSTV Network. He stated: "These multimedia tie-ins extend our promotional efforts by drawing millions of new viewers to the MSTV Network." He added, "The co-op campaign comes at a time when the MSTV Network has reached a viable niche in the broadcast market, and will substantial develop a massive awareness for MSTV and the sponsors developed through Cable Print Network Marketing."
 Beryl Wolk, chief executive officer of Cable Print Network Marketing, stated: "Due to the tremendous growth of the MSTV Network, we feel the alliance will accomplish the state of the art multimedia promotional purposes for our clients, while providing the MSTV Network with promotion and sponsors." He added, "It's an everybody wins situation."
