 FULLER LEAVES HILL AND KNOWLTON
 NEW YORK, Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomas E. Eidson, president and


chief executive officer of Hill and Knowlton, Inc., today announced the resignation of Craig L. Fuller as president and chief executive officer of Hill and Knowlton USA.
 Fuller, who had been in his current position since October 1991, resigned in order to join Philip Morris Companies Inc. as senior vice president for corporate affairs and will take up his new position on Jan. 20, 1992.
 Eidson said a successor to Fuller would be announced shortly.
 "Only an opportunity of this caliber prompts me to leave Hill and Knowlton," Fuller said. "It has been a privilege to help form the new leadership team of Hill and Knowlton and I foresee that team guiding the company to new heights in the world of communications and public affairs."
 Fuller also said, "I am committed to working with my colleagues over the next few months to ensure an orderly management and account transition."
