FSLI Partners With AIRTIME-Manager to Help Law Firms Recoup Previously Unrecorded Billings; FSLI Clients Are Eligible to Receive Free Evaluation of A4P Software.

SILVER SPRING & ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- Foundation Software Laboratories Inc. (FSLI), a leader in financial management systems for the legal and professional service industries, and AIRTIME-Manager, a provider of unique mobile time-capturing software, today announced a partnership agreement designed to help attorneys capture their billable time while away from the office. Under the agreement, FSLI will market AIRTIME-Manager's Airtime for Professionals (A4P(R)) software, giving attorneys the ability to automatically capture all billable time spent communicating with clients using wireless devices such as BlackBerry and PALM Treo.

"To be competitive, attorneys are relying on mobile technology such as integrated phone/e-mail devices to keep in close contact with clients," said Carl Mack, president and CEO of FSLI. "By partnering with AIRTIME-Manager, we can now provide these attorneys with an easy to use and integrated way to capture minutes associated with calls and e-mail and effortlessly turn those minutes into billable transactions. A4P truly provides the best time capture solution available, helping firm personnel be more productive, and ultimately, more profitable."

If an attorney billing $300 an hour neglects to bill even .10/hour of correspondence each day, it would amount to $30 a day in missed billings, $150 a week and more than $8,000 a year. With A4P, which can be installed instantly on their hand-held device, attorneys can automatically capture all billable time with one simple click, ensuring 100 percent accuracy for all time out of the office. The time is then sent to the FSLI Financial Management System.

"Speaking from experience as a former practicing accountant and attorney, billing time is the least favorite part of a professional's day, but it is also one of the more critical things they'll do. Time is the attorney's most valuable resource," said Jerry Fenzel, JD, president and CEO of AIRTIME-Manager. "Now, our software can virtually do all the remote billing for them when they're on the road, turning what was once drudgery into a favorable experience."

A4P also allows law firms to recoup the initial and ongoing expense of mobile devices. For example, typical monthly service charges can be at least $40 and just billing one event per day pays for the service each month.
