M2 EQUITYBITES-May 4, 2015-FSIC prices public offering of 4.750% notes


FS Investment Corporation (NYSE: FSIC) said it has opened an underwritten public offering priced at USD275 million in aggregate principal of its unsecured notes due 2022.

FSIC said it expects to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay outstanding indebtedness.

Notes mature May 15, 2022 and, at FSIC's option, may be redeemed in whole or in part at any time at par plus a make-whole premium, if applicable.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for this offering.

?FSIC is a publicly traded business development company (BDC) focused on providing customized credit solutions to private middle market US companies.
