FSI ANNOUNCES ORDERS FOR 13 POLARISTM WORK CELLS MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- FSI International, Inc.
(NASDAQ: FSII), announced today that it has received an order for 13 200mm POLARISTM Microlithography Work Cell systems. Each POLARIS sells for between $800,000 and $1.4 million, depending on options included. Today's announcement brings the total number of POLARIS systems ordered to date to 21.
