FSCT issues call for papers for 2008 FutureCoat! Conference.

The FSCT is seeking technical papers to be considered for presentation at FutureCoat!, to be held October 15-17, 2008, at the Lakeside Center, McCormick Place, in Chicago, IL. FutureCoat!--the industry's state-of-the-art technical conference--will be held as part of ICE 2008, which returns to its alternating year schedule in Chicago.

Offering a unique multi-track forum for professionals within the coatings industry, FutureCoat! will focus on the theme of "Globally Responsible Coatings: Getting There from Here." Sessions will provide industry leaders with the most up-to-date technical work geared towards providing a cleaner, safer, and sustainable coatings environment for the future.

The FutureCoat! Program Committee is soliciting presentations in the following areas:

Information for Speakers

Papers should meet the highest scientific and technical standards. All abstracts will be reviewed by the FutureCoat! Program Committee based on originality, quality, and relevance to the industry. After abstracts are reviewed and approved, presenters will be required to submit a paper for publication in the Program Proceedings. Presentations are planned for 30 minutes, followed by five minutes for discussion.
