FROX FORMS NATIONAL MARKET SUPPORT FIELD NETWORK

FROX FORMS NATIONAL MARKET SUPPORT FIELD NETWORK
SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Frox Inc. announced the

formation of a national market support group today. Ten regional market support managers have been assigned throughout the country to assist in the installation of the Frox Home Theater Systems, provide guidance through the various FroxSystem and FroxCast home entertainment options available to consumers and assistance in technical matters. Frox manufactures home theater systems and distributes interactive information and entertainment software and services; the system is controlled by a one-button remote control called the FroxWand.
Bud Myers, the vice president of Sales and Marketing commented, "The development of a market support group is indicative of our corporate commitment to quality and service. The high-end of the home theater market and custom installations require on-going support. The group also symbolizes our commitment to support our dealer and manufacturer's representatives in realizing this home entertainment revolution."
The formation of the market service group coincides with the initiation of customer shipments. A series of new features have been incorporated into the market software release version 1.0. These changes, upgrades and improvements were based on dealer and market feedback suggestions from the showroom demonstration units that were shipped in December. Lowell Kaps of Lowell Edwards located in the Decorator & Design Building in New York said, "Frox has shown that they are truly a market-driven company and maintains a level of professionalism that is essential to the development of successful high-end system installations."
The group is devoted solely to market support for customers, dealers and manufacturer's representatives. Sales responsibilities will remain with the national sales group exclusively. The market support managers have a broad range of customer service and technical expertise. Two representatives will share the western region: Ted Hall, a former general manager from Bang & Olufsen of America and Sharon Phillippson, a recent training manager for Bloomingdale's. Sue Barrilleaux will cover the central southwest region and is formerly a factory sales and marketing representative. Other members of the field service network are: James Botaish, mountain region; Monica Robins, central region; Jim Jackson, eastern tri-state region; Greg Alley northeast region; Doug Campbell, midwest region and Sharon Lund, southeast region.
Frox Inc. is an interactive information and entertainment company. The home theater system whose picture rivals theater quality video, incorporates unsurpassed digital audio and unprecedented simplicity of operation using a one-button remote control. The FroxSystem is available in the United States and will be available in Canada in the second quarter of 1992. Four elements comprise the FroxSystem(TM) -- FroxVision(TM), FroxSound(TM), FroxControl(TM) and FroxCast(SM).
