 FRITSCH ELECTED DIRECTOR OF THE FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF NEW YORK
 NEW YORK, Nov. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Brian Dittenhafer, president of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, announced the election of L. Doris Fritsch by the board of directors of the New York Bank, as director, through Dec. 31, 1991. Fritsch will complete the unexpired term of Rodney W. Kruse, who resigned from the board, and is running, unopposed, for election to a two-year term expiring Dec. 31, 1993.
 Fritsch has been president, chief executive officer, and director of Central Jersey Savings Bank, SLA, East Brunswick, N.J., a $361 million- asset institution, since 1964. In 1989 she was appointed chairman of the board of directors, and in 1990 appointed chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Central Jersey Financial Corporation, the parent holding company of Central Jersey Savings Bank. She began her career with the bank in 1943, when it was known as the South River Building & Loan Association, as teller-bookkeeper.
 Fritsch is presently serving on the public relations committee of the New Jersey Savings League. She is a former president of the Middlesex County Savings League and also formerly served on the board of governors of the New Jersey Savings League.
 Fritsch resides in Lavallette, N.J.
