FRIDAY FEELING FOR RTE SHOW.

Byline: PAT NOLAN

A NEW GAA magazine show will go on air on RTE Two from July 4. 'Thank GAA It's Friday' replaces Championship Matters, but will take a different format, adopting a more magazine-style similar to that of Breaking Ball from several years back.

RTE is contractually obliged to broadcast a GAA show on a weeknight during the Championship and the first edition will feature Darragh O Se reminiscing on Cork v Kerry history ahead of that weekend's Munster football final.

Ryan O'Dwyer will reflect on the 2013 season as Dublin bid to retain their Leinster hurling title against either Kilkenny or Galway that same weekend.
