 FREEDOM FORUM TO SPONSOR PANEL DISCUSSION
 'CAMPAIGN COVERAGE: BALANCED OR BIASED?'
 The Freedom Forum, a non-partisan, international organization dedicated to media-related issues, will sponsor a panel discussion examining whether 1992 campaign coverage is balanced or biased. The forum is being convened in conjunction with the Republican National Convention in Houston. Reporters and guests will be invited to pose questions from the audience.

 Note to broadcasters: Cameras must be set up between 12:30 and 1 p.m. when the panel discussion begins. TV lights will be provided. There will be a mult-box feed; additional podium microphones will not be allowed.
