 FREDERICK'S OF HOLLYWOOD ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND
 LOS ANGELES, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Frederick's of Hollywood


Inc. (NYSE: FHO) today announced that the board of directors has declared a $.025 per share semi-annual cash dividend, payable Dec. 18, 1992, to shareholders of record Nov. 18, 1992.
 George W. Townson, chairman and chief executive officer, said the cash dividend represents the company's tenth consecutive semi-annual payment.
 Frederick's currently operates 209 specialty boutique stores in 39 states and a mail-order division serving customers in all 50 states.
