 FRANK MCKAY NAMED EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
 OF ROCKWELL GRAPHIC SYSTEMS
 WESTMONT, Ill., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Frank J. McKay has been named executive vice president of Rockwell Graphic Systems, a business unit of Rockwell International Corp. (NYSE: ROK).
 The appointment was announced by James D. Cavanaugh, president of Rockwell Graphic Systems (RGS) in conjunction with the establishment of an office of the president. The office comprises the positions of president and executive vice president. Reporting to the office of the president are the company's American, European and Asia Pacific business units and the finance, human resources and strategic planning staff functions.
 McKay previously was vice president and general manager, Rockwell Graphic Systems, Europe. He will relocate to RGS headquarters in Westmont. Randall Thomas will replace McKay as vice president and general manager, Europe.
 McKay began his career with Rockwell in 1970 at the Morse Controls Division as district sales manager. Subsequently, he was European marketing director and general manager, Europe, of the Microelectric Products Division. He joined the company's automotive business in 1978 and held several senior management positions, including that of managing director, in both the light and heavy vehicle sectors in Europe. In 1983, he joined RGS, serving as director of international marketing prior to assuming the position of vice president and general manager, Europe.
 Thomas, who was formerly managing director of RGS' Preston, England, manufacturing operations, joined Rockwell in 1979. He served as managing director of Rockwell's W.P. Bumpers Ltd., and Wilmot Breeden Ltd., automotive components units before moving to RGS in 1989.
 Rockwell Graphic Systems is a leading manufacturer of web offset presses and supplies a broad line of press equipment to the newspaper and commercial printing industries under the Goss, Baker Perkins, and Hantscho names.
 Rockwell International is a multi-industry company applying advanced technology to a wide range of products in its electronics, aerospace, automotive and graphics businesses.
