FRANCHISING: A KOSHER IDEA FOREST HILLS, N.Y., Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Kosher foods are

"And you don't have to be Jewish," he stresses, "to enjoy the taste of freshly prepared kosher poultry, anymore than you have to be Jewish to enjoy a bagel." Eating healthy and dining out at moderate prices are the basic concepts on which the Empire Kosher Restaurant Franchise was founded. Fresh, made to order and all-natural foods stressing the importance of "healthy eating that tastes great" inspired the development of Empire's menu. "We cover the whole chicken lovers' spectrum," says Douek. Douek explains, "Our restaurants are designed to be a notch above the typical fast-food restaurant.
