 DADE -- Approximately 170,000 customers remain out of service (18percent).
 MBO -- Miami Beach area approximately 98 percent restored, up from 95 percent yesterday. Full service expected by 9/7.
 NEC -- North Dade area approximately 97 percent restored. Full service expected by 9/10.
 NWO -- NW 46th Street to NW 125th Street approximately 92percent restored. Full service expected by 9/10.
 WEO -- West Dade/Hialeah areas approximately 95 percent restored. Full service expected by 9/7.
 CEO -- Miami Central/Liberty city areas approximately 95percent restored. Full service expected by 9/8.
 SWO -- Coral Gables area approximately 76 percent restored. Full service expected by 9/20.
 PNO -- Southern Dade County:
 1. Kendall Drive south to SW 128th Street, west of SW 92nd Avenue -- 92 percent restored.
 2. Kendall Drive south to SW 168th Street, east of SW 92nd Avenue -- 20 percent restored.
 3. SW 128th Street to SW 168th Street -- no restoration as yet.
 4. SW 168th Street to SW 208th Street, east of SW 137th Ave -- no restoration as yet.
 5. SW 168th Street to SW 280th Street -- 5.7percent restored.
 6. SW 280th Street to Monroe County -- no restoration as yet.
