 FORMER PRESIDENT JIMMY CARTER TO JOIN WITH CELEBRITIES
 TO PRESENT 1991 REEBOK HUMAN RIGHTS AWARDS
 BOSTON, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Former President Jimmy Carter will give the keynote address at the fourth annual Reebok Human Rights Award ceremony being held Tuesday, Dec. 10th at the Park Plaza Castle in Boston at 9:30 a.m.
 Joining President Carter in presenting the award to this year's recipients -- youth activists under 30 years from Mozambique, El Salvador, Guatemala, and the United States -- will be musical artists Lou Reed, Jackson Browne, Michael Stipe, Natalie Merchant, KRS-One, Ruben Blades, Johnny Clegg, James Taylor, and Livingston Taylor as well as actors Alfre Woodward, Howard Hesseman, Holly Robinson, Lou Diamond Phillips, Esai Morales, Sherilyn Fenn, Richard Grieco, C.C.H Pounder, Paul Winfield, Elpidia Carrillo, and Sinbad.
 Two special awards will also be presented at the ceremony, The families of Dmitri Alexandrovich Komar, 23, Ilya Maratovich Krichevsky, 28, and Vladimir Alexandrovich Usov, 37, Russia, who were killed on the night of Aug. 20, 1991 defending the Russian Parliament will receive a special posthumous award and Ashley Black, 10, Marlboro, N.J., an honorable "Youth in Action" award for her work to spearhead a drive to ban hate video games in Marlboro, N.J.
 The $100,000 Reebok Human Rights Award honors individuals who, early in their lives and against great odds, have significantly raised awareness of human rights and exercised freedom of expression.
