FOREST RESOURCE AND TIMBER HARVESTING CONSULTANTS PARTNERSHIP FORMED
 PITTSBURGH, April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- A new partnership, Wallace-Fleming, Forest Resource and Timber Harvesting Consultants, has been formed by Richard G. Wallace, former Allegheny Timberlands Manager for International Paper, and Patrick J. Fleming, president of Nortim Corporation, it was announced today.
 Wallace holds a B.S. degree in forestry from Pennsylvania State University, recently retired from International Paper, brings 35 years of forestry experience to the partnership. Fleming has a B.S. degree in physics from Pennsylvania State University and has been employed in the insurance and risk management fields for 30 years. He is president of Nortim Corporation, a risk management company providing insurance, safety and production training for independent logging contractors in Pennsylvania, New York, Arkansas and Indiana.
 Wallace-Fleming will provide forestry consulting services including timberland appraisals, forest resource management plans, silvicultural practices and marketing of forest products. In addition, the partnership will provide consulting services for development and management of logger training and certification programs with emphasis on safety, efficient harvesting practices, business management and environmental protection.
 Wallace-Fleming will maintain offices in Pittsburgh and North East, Pa.
