       FOREMOST CORPORATION OF AMERICA DECLARES REGULAR DIVIDEND
    GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Foremost Corporation of America (NASDAQ-NMS: FCOA) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.27 per share of common stock payable on Dec. 16, 1991 to shareholders of record on Nov. 15, 1991.
    Foremost Corporation of America is a holding company which, through its subsidiaries, is primarily engaged in providing property and casualty insurance to those who buy, sell or finance manufactured homes and recreational vehicles.
