FORD, MERCURY "SPECIAL VALUE" MODELS OFFERED

 DEARBORN, Mich., June 11 /PRNewswire/ -- New "special value" models of Ford Motor Company's (NYSE: F) Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis full size passenger cars are offered, effective immediately, at Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealerships. These "special value" models have a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of up to $3,600 lower than the regular packages.
 An attractive Red Carpet Lease program also is available.
 All "special value" models are well equipped and include destination and delivery charges.

 At $17,945, the standard Ford Crown Victoria "special value" model includes many popular options such as air conditioning, power windows and door locks, rear defroster and speed control; higher series models include substantially more equipment. All Crown Victoria models include a standard driver's-side airbag.
 The Mercury Grand Marquis, with its greater level of standard equipment, is offered in the GS model at $19,990 and the even more luxurious LS at $20,850. Both Grand Marquis models feature standard driver and passenger airbags and four-wheel disc brakes.
 The new "special value" models also are available with special Red Carpet Lease payments. For Crown Victoria, payments start as low as $388 per month for a 24-month contract with no down payment or a single advance payment of $8,213 for a 24-month contract. For Grand Marquis, payments start at $424 per month for a 24-month contract with no down payment or a single advance payment of $8,961 for a 24-month contract.

The 'special value' Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis have been developed to simplify the customer buying process and provide customers with outstanding value."
 These "special value" models are not eligible for the $1,500 customer cash incentives available on regular Crown Victoria and Grand Marquis models.
