Bellino - Laurel Lee Bellino, 81, of Eugene, died July 2. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at Musgrove Family Mortuary, Eugene. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Private entombment will be at Rest Haven Mausoleum, Eugene. Arrangements by England's Eugene Memorial Chapel.

Bodmer - Ruth V. Bodmer, 91, of Eugene, died July 1. A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Eugene. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary, Eugene.

Raphael Rosa and Lynn Rosa vs. Donna Meredith, formerly known as Donna Matthews: Plaintiffs allege defendant's professional negligence resulted in dismissal of their legal claims.
