Anderson - Patricia Kay Anderson, 65, of Eugene, died Nov. 12. Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, Eugene, in charge of arrangements.

Bodtker - Folmer Nielsen Bodtker, 91, of Bend, formerly of Junction City, died Nov. 6. A celebration of life will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Bend Golf and Country Club. Niswonger-Reynolds Funeral Home, Bend, in charge of arrangements.

Clendenen - Dorothy Jane Clendenen, 58, of Cottage Grove, died Nov. 12. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel, Cottage Grove. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Forcum - Christopher Forcum, 20, of Springfield, died Nov. 8. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Gardner - Carol Ann Gardner, 57, of Eugene, died Nov. 13. West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, Eugene, in charge of arrangements.

Hanson - Michael I. Hanson, 50, of Eugene, died Nov. 11. Andreason's Cremation & Burial Service, Eugene, in charge of arrangements.

Hickox - Marjorie E. Hickox, 84, of Roseburg, died Nov. 7. A private service was held. Oakridge Chapel of the Woods Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

McClenaghan - Howard James "Jim" McClenaghan, 76, of Pleasant Hill, died Nov. 13. Major Family Funeral Home, Springfield, in charge of arrangements.

Moore - Thelma Velyda Moore, 97, of Eugene, died Nov. 10. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Jan. 7, in Lakewood Park Clubhouse. Rest-Haven Memorial Park & Funeral Home, Eugene, in charge of arrangements.

Murray - Lewis "Jack" Murray, 87, of Cottage Grove, died Nov. 12. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel, Cottage Grove, in charge of arrangements. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Rounsaville - Dorothy Rounsaville, 85, of Cottage Grove, died Nov. 13. The graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fir Grove Cemetery, Cottage Grove. Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel, Cottage Grove, in charge of arrangements.
