Attig - Sheila L. Attig, 58, of Eugene, died March 25. England's Eugene Memorial Chapel in charge of arrangements.

Ballinger - Richard L. Ballinger, 51, of Colorado, formerly of Cottage Grove, died March 23. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at New Heights Baptist Church in Pueblo, Colo., with burial in Mountain View Cemetery, Pueblo. Montgomery & Steward Funeral Home, Pueblo, in charge of arrangements.
