IN last weekend's story about NHS rationing we reported how Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust plan to cut funding for various vulnerable groups by PS8.6m over the next few years.

The trust has asked us to point out these cuts actually relate to Manchester City Council. The Royal College of Nursing, who provided us with the data from their Frontline First website, have now changed this information on their website.
