FOOTBALL: The ODDS.

FOLLOWING last week's disappointing home defeat, the Sky Blues travel to Nottingham tomorrow to face a Forest side that has yet to win at home.

As our chart shows, Forest are understandable favourites, at 23/20 with online bookies, Sporting Bet, while City are priced at 11/4 with Ladbrokes.

As Forest are without a home win and Coventry yet to win away from home, each sides respective records suggest a draw is worth considering. Super Odds (again) has the best odds of 23/10 on the match ending all square although the more adventurous punter may be tempted by Totesports 9/1 on the game finishing goalless. Most bookmakers offer odds of 11/2 on the final score being 1-1.

The diehard Sky Blue supporter will prefer to make a beeline for the odds on a City win and why not? Sporting Odds offers the best price, 8/1, on a 1-0 Coventry victory while Ladbrokes have 12/1 available on a 2-1 win.

For those who believe City will come away with all three points after a tight game, how about taking Bet365s 7/1 on the game being level at half time with the Sky Blues running out eventual winners?
